- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate environments.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in the western suburbs.

Job Description:

- Ensure timely and accurate stock fulfilment and dispatch operations.
- Coordinate the movement and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and minimize risks across the supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels and raise supply requisitions to maintain product availability.
- Liaise with internal departments, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F;) agents, and Carrying & Agent (C&A;)



partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Prepare and manage e-way bills for shipments.
- Maintain records for credit notes and manage stock return data.
- Conduct monthly stock reconciliations for depots.
- Generate invoices for miscellaneous materials and samples, and ensure their dispatch is monitored.
- Perform regular physical vs. system stock verifications.
- Handle all dispatch-related tasks, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
