Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations smoothly
Lead and motivate counseling, sales, and academic support teams
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Develop local marketing strategies to generate leads
Build relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate clients
Ensure high student satisfaction and retention
Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for management
Conduct staff training and performance reviews
Handle escalations and resolve student/parent concerns
Maintain branch discipline, compliance, and company standards
