Chartered Accountant (CA) – | Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports.
Monitor project-wise accounts, expenses, revenues, and profitability.
Conduct bank reconciliations and review ledgers and financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Assist in financial planning, cash-flow management, and cost control.
Review contracts, invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
Support real estate project accounting, including land, construction, and development costs.




Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Identify financial risks and provide recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Robust analytical and financial management skills.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,596.26 - ₹41,734.46 per month
