Skill - Investment Reporting, Variance Analysis, Fee Reporting (Management fee & Performance Fee) (Factsheet, Portfolio Report, Holding Report, performance reporting, IRR, MOIC, Advanced excel)

Key Responsibilities: -
Prepare periodic client reports for credit funds, including performance, market overview and financial summaries.
Support the production of monthly and quarterly client reporting packages, ensuring accuracy,

completeness, and adherence to internal standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather portfolio data, performance metrics, and commentary.
Reconcile portfolio data across internal systems and third-party administrators.
Accurately input data into Excel templates and perform necessary calculations.
Ability to analyze and understand reporting requirements and prepare accurate ad-hoc reports accordingly.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention.




Maintain robust controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Contribute to processing documentation efforts, including the creation and maintenance of

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Desired Candidate Profile: -
Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in asset management, credit, private equity or similar environment.
Robust understanding of investment products, portfolio/investor reporting, and performance measurement.
Robust Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).
The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical,

problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
A desire to work in an international team workplace, often under pressure, and with multiple stakeholders.
