Client Services Specialist- International

US Fixed shifts- 6:30pm to 3:30am

Saturday and Sunday fixed off

Salary- 45k to 55k in hand

Remote prospect after 2 months of training period

Candidate must have excellent communication skills

The Client Services Specialist will liaise between Clients and internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and appropriate personnel, to ensure that Client expectations are met. They are solely responsible for corresponding with Clients to resolve their problems and are often the main point of contact for our Clients. This person should be able to build and nurture strong personal relationships, as well as assist our Sales team and other staff to meet our Clients’ needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role, you must:
Be organized, have outstanding attention to detail, excellent computer proficiency and outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers




Act as a liaison between our Company and our Clients
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to Customers’ problems
Identify and resolve Customer issues
Act as a primary point of contact for ongoing Client maintenance
Interact with internal departments for reporting and inquiries requested by the Client
Assist with special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: • 2+ years work experience in the International Client Services (or related) field with secure and verifiable work history
Working knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate level
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including articulate and grammatically sound composition
Ability to interact with employees at all levels in all departments
Proactive, versatile, responsible, and resourceful
Efficient at handling and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects in a time sensitive environment
