About the Role

Adroit Design India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Commercial Interior Fit-Out Engr / Project Mngr to oversee and coordinate interior construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate office interiors, commercial fit-outs, and turnkey interior projects, ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
Interpret and execute drawings and specifications accurately.
Monitor quality, progress, and productivity at site.
Plan manpower and material requirements.
Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, and finishing activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and work updates.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
Verify measurements and assist in billing processes.
Resolve site-related issues and maintain project schedules.

Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design (Preferred)
ITI or equivalent qualification with relevant experience may also apply.




Ability to read and understand construction and interior drawings.

Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
Experience in corporate offices, IT parks, retail stores, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
Strong knowledge of gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, glass works, and MEP coordination.

Site supervision and team management
Quality control and project coordination
Material planning and vendor coordination
Solid communication and reporting skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
