Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of coffee and other beverages while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee, and other beverages under supervision
Assist senior Baristas with daily café operations
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and basic brewing equipment
Take customer orders and process bills through POS
Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation
Assist in basic food preparation and service when required
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment
Check and maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and food safety procedures
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Support the team during peak hours and maintain smooth café operations

Skills Required:




Basic knowledge of coffee preparation
Willingness to learn espresso-making and brewing techniques

Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Qualification & Experience:
HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop
Freshers with Barista training/certification are welcome

Preferred Experience:
Experience in cafés, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, or QSRs
Basic knowledge of latte art or specialty coffee is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
