Core Responsibilities
Product Costing: Maintain accurate costing models, BOMs, and standard cost sheets.
Cost Control & Variance Analysis: Monitor standard vs. actual costs; analyze material, labor, and overhead variances to drive corrective actions.
ERP & Automation: Optimize ERP costing modules to streamline data and processes.
Financial Reporting: Deliver monthly cost reports, product profitability analyses, and Costing P&L; reconciliations to executive leadership.
Inventory & Audits: Lead inventory valuation, stock reconciliations,
and statutory cost audit compliances.
Budgeting & Cost Reduction: Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and identifying cost-saving prospects.
Key Requirements
Education: CMA preferred; MBA (Finance) or M.Com with robust manufacturing experience considered.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in cost accounting within manufacturing.
Skills: Proficiency in ERP costing tools, advanced Excel, variance analysis, and statutory cost standards. Robust analytical and executive communication skills.
