Role Summary We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to handle taxation, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance. The role requires robust knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Audit, and Companies Act.

Key Responsibilities
Taxation & Compliance
Handle Direct & Indirect Tax - Income Tax Return, GST Return, TDS Filing (GSTR-1, 3B, TDS Return)
Tax planning and advisory for company and clients.
Audit & Assurance
Conduct Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit
Prepare Audit Reports and Financial Statements as per IND-AS / Schedule III.
Financial Management
Finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow




Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Control
MIS reporting to management
ROC & Legal
ROC filings - AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR KYC
Handle Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory compliances.

Required Skills
Must: CA Qualified Chartered Accountant
Knowledge: IND-AS, GST Law, Income Tax Act, Companies Act 2013, Auditing Standards
Soft Skills: Analytical, Detail-oriented, Client handling, Leadership.
Should be positive cummunicaiton skills.
