A Diabetes Clinic in Kesavadasapuram, Thiruvananthapuram is looking for a capable and committed Clinic Manager to oversee the overall administration and day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Overall clinic operations and administration
HR management – staff scheduling, attendance, coordination and supervision
Accounts & financial coordination – daily collections, expenses, billing and basic accounts monitoring
Marketing & business development – coordinating promotional activities, digital marketing and outreach initiatives
Monitoring patient service and front-office operations
Vendor, pharmacy, laboratory and external agency coordination
Implementation and monitoring of clinic SOPs and workflows
Identifying operational issues and ensuring timely resolution
Regular reporting to the management

Candidates with experience in hospital/clinic administration, HR, operations, accounts or healthcare management are strongly preferred. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
