Job Title: Commis Chef

Preference: Candidates with strong Fine-Dining Restaurant experience specifically in Ahmedabad and a proven track record of professional restaurant kitchens.

Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients as per menu requirements
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients
Follow instructions from Head Chef and Sous Chef
Support in plating and presentation of dishes
Work efficiently to deliver food on time

Requirements:
Prior experience as Commis Chef preferred (freshers can also apply)
Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations
Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with work timings and shifts

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹26,000 per month Perks: Meals provided, Uniform provided, Accommodation available
