CHEF – AIRLINE CULINARY INDUSTRY

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Week Off

Shift: Rotational

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food as per airline catering standards and approved menus.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Handle bulk food preparation and production efficiently.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Follow standard recipes, production procedures, and kitchen guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
Coordinate with the culinary and production team for timely food dispatch.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.




Follow all airline catering and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements
Experience in airline catering, hotel, commercial kitchen, or large-scale food production preferred.
Positive knowledge of Indian and/or international cuisine.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production timelines.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
