Chat & Call Support Executive – Responsibilities
Handle major customer support through calls.
Provide minor chat support as required.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain and update customer data.
Manage call/chat records and reports.
Follow up with customers when required.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
