We’re looking for a Chef to join our growing team at our Sheikh Sarai outlet.

Protein Pedlar is a up-to-date food & beverage brand focused on juices, shakes, protein-focused food, coffee, healthy bowls and quick bites — Not Just Juice. Fuel.

Your Role
Prepare food and beverages according to our recipes & standards
Handle items such as wraps, momos, bowls, oats, poha, sandwiches/snacks and other quick-service food
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size and presentation
Manage basic kitchen prep and ingredient handling
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage
Coordinate with the front-counter team for smooth order execution
Handle busy periods efficiently, especially during lunch/evening rush
Follow FSSAI and basic food-safety & hygiene practices
Help maintain stock and inform management about low-stock ingredients

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef / Cook / Commis / QSR Kitchen Staff preferred
Experience with Indian snacks, wraps, momos, café food or quick-service cooking is an advantage




Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Ability to follow standardized recipes
Good speed and consistency
Responsible, punctual and disciplined
Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced outlet
Freshers with positive cooking skills may also be considered

Working Hours

Full-time | Shift-based

Exact shift timings will be discussed during the interview.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month, depending on experience and skills.

Experienced candidates with strong QSR/café skills can discuss compensation accordingly.
