Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Operations Head to manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Redhills branch, including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Customer Coordination, Team Management and branch performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the overall branch operations and daily activities.
Lead and coordinate the Sales, Service and Spare Parts teams.
Monitor branch sales targets, service activities and revenue performance.
Plan and follow up on customer enquiries, orders and pending requirements.
Monitor service calls, AMC activities and customer complaints.
Ensure timely quotation, order processing, billing and payment follow-up.
Monitor spare parts stock, inventory movement and requirements.
Coordinate with Head Office and management for branch-related activities.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity and performance.
Conduct regular branch meetings and review team performance.
Develop and maintain good relationships with key customers.




Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Ensure proper maintenance of branch records, reports and documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and operational procedures.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly branch performance reports to management.

Required Skills
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Valuable knowledge of Sales, Service and Spare Parts operations.
Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to handle branch operations independently.
Experience in DG Sets, industrial equipment, automobile, machinery or service industry will be preferred.

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma

MBA / BBA / B.Com will be an added advantage.
