About the Role

DIAMETRIC BUILDS STUDIO is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, generate new leads, build robust client relationships, and convert prospects into successful business prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable company services/solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / B2B Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Positive lead generation and client handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/sales tools.
Candidates with experience in real estate, construction, interior design, architecture, or related industries will be preferred.
