Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Preferred Qualification:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or Business Analytics
BBA / BBM / B.Com with strong business communication skills
BA / MA in English, Mass Communication, Journalism,



Public Policy, Economics, or similar, if the candidate is strong in writing and research
PGDM candidates can also be suitable

Core Skills Required:
1 to 2 years of experience in business development.
Strong English drafting and communication skills
Good research and analytical ability
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Attention to detail and document-reading ability
Ability to summarize information in a clear and usable format
Organized working style and strong follow-up discipline
Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
