We are looking for a female candidate with experience in cosmetics/beauty advisor management, retail sales, or team handling. The candidate should have positive communication and customer-handling skills and be comfortable managing advisors and driving sales.
Role & responsibilities
Manage and motivate the advisor/sales team.
Handle customer queries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Monitor daily sales and team performance.
Ensure proper product presentation and availability.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in cosmetics, beauty, retail, FMCG, or similar sales roles preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Team management and target-oriented approach.
