Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Field) to identify new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and drive revenue growth through direct field sales activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting clients in person.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct meetings.
Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify recent sales areas and customer needs.
Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve market presence.
