Key Responsibilities
Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
Manage smooth passenger onboarding and offboarding.
Stay onboard and assist passengers throughout the journey.
Handle passenger queries and provide accurate information.
Resolve passenger concerns and operational issues promptly.
Ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
Coordinate with the driver and relevant team members when required.
Maintain skilled communication and a customer-focused approach.
Follow company safety, service, and operational procedures.
Remain available and flexible for night shift operations.
