You'll own content ideation for reels, shorts, and podcast segments — coming up with formats, hooks, and angles, then working with anchors and editors to bring them to life. Ideal for someone who thinks in content ideas all day and is ready to do it professionally.

What You'll Do
Generate content ideas, series concepts, and episode angles on an ongoing basis
Write hooks, outlines, and content briefs for anchors and editors
Build and manage content calendars across formats and platforms
Track trends, formats, and competitor content proactively
Analyze content performance and translate insights into new ideas
Collaborate closely with anchors, cinematographers, and editors on execution
Pitch and defend ideas in team brainstorms

Who We're Looking For
Strong grasp of what makes content work on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and podcasts
Sharp, structured thinker who can turn a vague idea into a explicit brief
Comfortable writing hooks and outlines, not just having ideas




Data-aware — can read basic performance metrics and adapt accordingly
Freshers with a strong personal content sense or portfolio encouraged to apply

Nice to Have
Experience running or strategizing for a personal/brand social page
Basic scriptwriting or copywriting experience
Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio)
A portfolio of ideas, hooks, or content calendars you've built
