Tropical Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience to drive sales and business development for Solar EPC projects.

The role involves lead management, cold calling, client visits, follow-ups, CRM management, sales pipeline tracking, proposal coordination, client meetings, and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, referrals, marketing leads, and field visits.
Make at least 10 recent cold calls per day and actively develop new business opportunities.
Conduct client visits and interact with decision-makers.
Manage leads, CRM updates, follow-ups, and the complete sales pipeline.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow up on opportunities.
Coordinate with technical, estimation, finance, and senior management teams for proposals.
Prepare sales presentations, company profiles, proposals, and MIS reports.
Track sales targets, KPIs, conversions, and pending opportunities.
Support exhibitions, client meetings, and other business development activities.
Contribute towards generating business of approximately ₹50 Lakhs per month.

Requirements:




Graduate degree is mandatory.
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Sales Coordination, or CRM/Sales Operations.
Robust English communication and professional email skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, PowerPoint, and sales reporting.
Strong follow-up, organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
Solar EPC / Renewable Energy experience is preferred.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable with targets, cold calling, client visits, and a quick-paced startup environment.

Compensation: ₹40,000+ per month + performance-based incentives.

Incentive

₹100/kW for sales generated with senior team support.

₹200/kW for independently generated sales.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Reporting Time: 9:15 AM.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
