Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for an Upwork & Fiverr Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist located in Mohali district. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms, writing proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into business opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications
Experience in Lead Generation through Upwork, Fiverr, and freelancing platforms
Solid proposal writing and client communication skills
Ability to identify and convert quality leads




Knowledge of sales funnel management and profile optimization
Experience handling international clients (US, UK, EU, AU)
Positive understanding of web SEO, Google ads, & Amazon, Walmart, and eCommerce services is a plus.
Positive negotiation, closing, and CRM management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
0–3 years of experience in bidding or lead generation roles preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
