Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial and operational due diligence of educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities).
Analyse loan proposals for construction, expansion, or upgrade of educational infrastructure • Assess creditworthiness based on cash flows, enrolment trends, fee structures, accreditation, management strength, etc.
Prepare and present credit appraisal memos to the credit committee or approving authority.

Skills
Solid analytical and financial modelling skills.
Familiarity with education sector dynamics, regulations, and cash flow models.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, credit analysis software
