Job Role: Cold Room Technician
Install, maintain, and repair cold room and commercial refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment, including:
Compressors
Condensers
Evaporators
Electrical Controls
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems.
Detect refrigerant leaks and carry out refrigerant recharging when required.
Ensure refrigeration systems operate efficiently and maintain optimal performance.
Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
Conduct routine inspections of cold room and refrigeration equipment.
Maintain proper service records and maintenance reports.
Follow all required safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Travel to customer locations for service calls when required.

Required Qualifications




ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), HVAC, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in cold room, cold storage, or commercial refrigeration systems.
Positive knowledge of refrigeration systems.
Robust understanding of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment problems.
Willingness to travel for service calls when required.
