Commis 2 Commis 1 Chef de Partie (CDP) Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality Chinese and Pan Asian dishes as per established recipes and standards. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning and quality. Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen operations.

Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team during service. Assist in stock handling and minimise food wastage.

ProfileRelevant experience in Chinese / Pan Asian cuisine preferred. Lead and supervise the assigned kitchen section and guide junior team members Positive understanding of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. Solid team-player attitude and willingness to learn. Positive hygiene, discipline and qualified conduct are essential.
