Lead Governance & Board Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and oversee board, committee, and corporate governance processes.
Drive Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, the Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable regulatory frameworks, while managing regulatory filings and reporting.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Work closely with institutional investors, regulators, trustees, auditors, custodians, and other key stakeholders.
Oversee Compliance Frameworks & Risk Management: Develop and strengthen compliance programs, internal controls, governance policies, audits, and regulatory reviews across entities and funds.
Support Fund & Corporate Lifecycle Activities:



Lead governance and compliance aspects of fund formation, restructuring, capital raising, portfolio management, and corporate secretarial activities.

The Successful

Applicant - Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI mandatory); LLB or equivalent qualification preferred.
10+ years of experience across AIF, private equity, asset management, or financial services.
Strong expertise in SEBI/IFSCA AIF Regulations, corporate law, institutional investor engagement, and managing complex multi-entity/SPV structures What's on Offer - High-impact leadership role with direct Board and senior stakeholder exposure.
