Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Executive to join a reputed jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing, payments, customer transactions, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate bills and invoices for customer purchases.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
Maintain daily billing and sales records.
Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and applicable taxes before billing.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
Maintain proper records of returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Perform daily cash and billing reconciliation.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer and transaction information.




Follow showroom billing procedures and company policies.

Requirements
6 months–1 year of experience in billing, retail, jewellery, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
Good numerical and calculation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
Prior experience in a jewellery showroom will be an advantage.
