We are looking for a CRM Executive customer relationships
Responsibilities
Manage customer and lead details in the CRM.
Follow up with customers after enquiries and site visits.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
Track bookings, payments, documents, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
Ensure proper communication with customers until possession/closure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
