Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil works at project and site locations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
Supervise civil workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower and materials efficiently.
Monitor the quality and progress of civil works.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and other departments.
Ensure all works are completed within the approved schedule.
Inspect construction materials and ensure proper usage and storage.
Prepare daily progress reports, work records, measurements, and site documentation and Bugdets
Monitor concrete works, foundations, structural works, masonry, flooring, drainage, and other civil activities.




Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and project safety requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow protected working practices.
Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies when required.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is carried out as per contract requirements.
Maintain proper records of materials, manpower, equipment, and project progress.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Pay: ₹18,000.80 - ₹30,000.23 per month
