Chef cum Manager – Chinese & Fast Food

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and fast food dishes.
Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
Develop and standardize recipes as per business requirements.
Plan daily food preparation and ensure timely order completion.
Manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and stock requirements.
Monitor food costs, wastage, and overall kitchen expenses.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff when required.
Handle customer orders and ensure timely service.
Identify prospects to improve food quality, productivity, and profitability.
Take responsibility for overall kitchen performance and operations.
Work closely with the management team to achieve business targets.




Profit-sharing incentives will be provided based on business performance.

Job Requirements
Experience: Any experience
Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
Skills: Chinese Cuisine, Rapid Food Cuisine
English Level: No English Required
Gender: Any Gender
Preference: Candidates from North-East India preferred
Robust cooking and kitchen management skills.
Ability to take ownership of kitchen operations.
Good understanding of food preparation and hygiene standards.
