About the Chance

SPES Manning Solutions is hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for the position of Customer Support Executive in Yerwada, Pune.

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of BPO/Customer Support experience who have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity offers 5.5 LPA CTC, attractive in-hand salary, both-way cab facility, career growth, and an opportunity to work from home after 6 months, subject to eligibility and company policy.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of BPO / Customer Support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Comfortable with rotational week offs.
Willing to work from the Yerwada, Pune office.
Skilled attitude with solid ownership and accountability.
Candidates with positive attendance and consistent performance will be preferred.
CTC: 5.5 LPA
Approx. In-Hand: 36,000 37,000 per month, subject to applicable deductions and final salary structure.
Both-way cab facility available as per shift, route, and company eligibility criteria.
