About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction
Maintain daily activity reports and follow-up records

Any Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Positive communication skills in English and Kannada
