We are now looking for a highly driven Growth & Marketplace Manager to help us build and scale the marketplace from the ground up.

About the Role
This is not a traditional digital marketing role.
As the Growth & Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for building the growth engine of WhyNotTrips across both sides of the marketplace:
Organisers → Experiences → Travellers → Bookings → GMV → More Organisers
You will work closely with the founders,



product, technology, and organiser-success teams to acquire quality organisers, build marketplace inventory, generate traveller demand, improve conversion, and ultimately drive bookings and GMV.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys 0-to-1 growth, experimentation, sales, analytics, partnerships, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Organiser Acquisition
Identify and build a pipeline of high-quality travel and experience organisers.
Acquire organisers through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, communities, partnerships, referrals, and direct outreach.
Develop and execute organiser acquisition campaigns.
Conduct outreach, demos, and initial onboarding coordination.
Build organiser referral and partnership programs.
Identify high-potential organisers based on their inventory, audience, destinations, reputation, and booking potential.
Continuously improve the organiser acquis
