Role Description This full-time Senior / Section Engineer role is based in Sagar in a hybrid work model, combining in office responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with site engineers and supervisors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. The Senior / Section Engineer will plan and monitor project schedules, manage resources, review drawings and technical documents,



and assist in resolving site-related technical issues. The role also includes liaising with contractors, consultants, and client representatives, preparing progress reports, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes.
Qualifications
Strong civil engineering knowledge, including structural design fundamentals, construction methods, and materials.
Proficiency in project planning and control, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Experience with site management, quality assurance, and safety compliance on infrastructure or building projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documents.
Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination skills for managing site teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
