Educational Qualification & Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Energy) preferred
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage

Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Development with a Solar EPC company only
• Proven track record of closing large-scale Solar EPC projects

Qualified & Personal Abilities
• Strong understanding of Solar EPC project lifecycle (Design, Procurement, Construction).
• Experience in selling MW-scale Solar EPC projects. (above 50MW)
• Sound commercial understanding including BOQs, costing, margins, and contracts.
• Ability to work independently and drive business growt
