We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Dental Equipment Sales & Business Development Executive to generate leads, develop new customers, and close sales.
We provide dental equipment to dentists and dental clinics. The selected candidate can work with company-provided leads as well as generate their own leads through networking, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads provided by the company.
Generate new leads independently through networking, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Identify and approach dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and dental institutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, warranty, offers, and other details.
Conduct sales calls and product discussions with dentists and clinic owners.
Handle customer questions, objections, and negotiations.
Send quotations, brochures, and product information.
Follow up regularly with potential customers.
Convert enquiries into confirmed and paid orders.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with our team for product availability, technical queries, payment, and order processing.
Build long-term relationships with dentists and dental clinics.
Requirements
Previous experience in dental equipment, medical equipment, healthcare, or B2B sales is preferred.
Experience with dental products such as RVG sensors, endomotors, curing lights, X-ray equipment, autoclaves, handpieces, etc. is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in speaking with dentists and clinic owners.
Good English communication; Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage.
Experience with WhatsApp-based sales and digital lead generation is preferred.
Ability to generate your own leads and independently manage the complete sales process.
Robust follow-up and sales-closing skills.
