Location: Remote / Hybrid (in-person only when required for sample reviews, fittings, sourcing, or other product-related work)

• Hours: No fixed clock-in/clock-out. You own your schedule, as long as your daily tasks are completed and timelines are met.

Communication: Daily update, weekly check-ins, along with online meetings/brainstorming sessions whenever required.

The Expectation: Take ownership of your schedule, stay communicative, and stay aligned on timelines and deliverables.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Has a valuable eye for fit, fabric, construction & detail
Is comfortable getting their hands dirty with stitching, sampling & garment development
Knows their way around Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

Turn design ideas into detailed tech packs that our manufacturers can actually work with
Work on measurements,



sizing, construction details, stitching details & finishes
Help figure out the right fabrics, trims, buttons and other materials for each piece
Coordinate with our manufacturing partners on samples, measurements and alterations
Review samples, identify what’s off and figure out how to fix it
Help source fabrics, trims and other materials Explore new materials and production possibilities
(If you know your way around a sewing machine, even better. Pattern-making / draping / making samples from scratch = major brownie points)
