·About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning qualified to join our Supply Chain Management team. The role is responsible for supplier scheduling, direct material procurement, inventory management, forecasting, logistics coordination, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability to support production requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in supply planning, supplier management, procurement, inventory optimization, and manufacturing supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Supplier Management
Release monthly production schedules to suppliers based on sales and production plans.
Prepare and analyze 15-month forecasts and communicate requirements to suppliers.
Manage weekly and monthly firm schedules and forecast releases.
Monitor supplier performance,



capacity, and supply commitments.
Ensure continuous material availability to support production requirements.
Review and manage daily shortages for production and spare parts requirements.
Procurement & Inventory Management
Manage direct material procurement from domestic suppliers.
Control inventory levels in line with inventory turnover targets.
Update MRP data and ensure implementation of the latest purchase orders and part numbers.
Monitor planned versus actual supplier deliveries and drive corrective actions where required.
Ensure timely closure of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
Arrange and ensure availability of IMCs and chemicals required for operations.
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
Manage freight budgets, accruals, service bill submissions, and freight optimization initiatives.
Coordinate Goods-in-Transit (GIT) declarations.
