Role Description
The Center Directress at Axonex Education oversees the daily operations of the preschool and daycare, ensuring a safe, clean, engaging, and child-centered environment. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad requires providing strong, independent leadership to teaching and support staff, fostering a cooperative work environment, and setting clear expectations for staff performance. The Directress manages end-to-end staff development,



including recruiting, hiring, training, conducting performance evaluations, and creating professional growth plans.
A core responsibility is overseeing the development and implementation of curricula that align with early childhood standards, while continuously monitoring and improving program effectiveness. The Center Directress also handles vital financial and operations management duties, such as developing and managing the center's budget, monitoring expenses and revenue, seeking opportunities to increase enrollment, and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Furthermore, the role involves robust parent and community engagement—building positive relationships, addressing concerns, encouraging parent involvement, and fostering community outreach to enhance the center's reputation.
