Role Description The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers and expanding existing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include conducting property and service consultations, understanding customer requirements,



presenting suitable solutions, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with business targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring consistent in-person interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

Solid consultative selling skills, including lead qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in handling high-volume inquiries and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
