We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Policy and Procedure Support Officer
In this role, you will:
Day-to-day management of Wealth advice hub SharePoint to ensure all processes and procedures are current, relevant and maintained to a high standard. This includes timely updates to the existing procedures and policies




Rolling out communications to keep internal teams informed on the new updates and ensuring the documentation is saved and maintained for audit purposes
Administrative tasks related to data extraction, processing and reporting for Advisors.
Support the stakeholders in case of technical assistance for advisors, tasks/deliveries and resolving any technical conflicts that may arise at any stage of the customer journey
Supporting training needs analysis and coordinating learning materials with Learning & Development or business teams.
Monitor relevant regulatory obligations and internal control requirements, translating them into transparent, actionable policy/procedure updates.
Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Control Owners to ensure documentation meets regulatory expectations and internal standards.
Maintain traceability from regulatory obligations and key risks through to policy statements, procedures, controls and supporting evidence.
