Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s insurance brokerage services. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs,



presenting suitable solutions, and negotiating terms in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, tracking leads and conversions, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Business Development Manager also coordinates with operations and advisory teams to ensure high-quality client service and contributes to market research, competitive analysis, and local marketing initiatives.
