Online: LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, inbound leads, discovery calls and virtual demos with prospects in India and abroad.
Offline: Conferences,



industry events, meetups, and face-to-face meetings with GCC leaders, HR heads, and tech decision-makers in Bengaluru and beyond.
What You'll Do
Hunt: build and own a pipeline of prospects for GCC setup, AI staffing, and AI delivery projects
Open doors through outbound outreach and in-person networking
Run sharp discovery conversations and position NeoIntelli's offerings
Partner directly with the founders to shape proposals and close deals
Represent NeoIntelli at events, and help shape how we go to market
Use our AI tools daily, and give feedback that makes them better for you
Who Thrives Here
5-15 years of B2B sales experience (services, staffing, IT, consulting, or AI/tech)
A proven recent-logo hunter, energized by opening accounts, not managing them
Equally confident on a LinkedIn DM and across a boardroom table
Strong English communication; comfortable with senior and international stakehold
