Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise the call centre team.
* Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, call quality, and conversions.
* Ensure proper and timely lead allocation among team members.




* Track individual and team performance against daily and monthly targets.
* Train, motivate, and guide employees to improve conversions.
* Maintain a positive, disciplined, and target-oriented work setting.
* Prepare daily performance and conversion reports for management.
* Coordinate with other departments for smooth client handling.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in call centre, telesales, or lead management.
* Prior experience managing a team of 20–25 employees.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* Good knowledge of CRM, Excel, and performance reporting.
* Candidates with experience in a credit card sales or banking call centre team will be preferred.
