About the Role
BuildAmbit is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, AEC to drive enterprise business across the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry.
The role will focus on identifying and engaging large and mid-sized AEC organisations, understanding their workforce upskilling and training requirements, and converting these opportunities into long-term enterprise partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise sales and business development across the AEC industry.
Identify and engage large and mid-sized architecture firms, engineering consultancies, EPC companies, construction companies, infrastructure organisations, real estate companies, and allied AEC businesses.
Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D; Heads, Business Heads, Talent Heads, and functional decision-makers.
Understand organisational requirements around employee upskilling,



digital transformation, BIM, technology adoption, and workforce capability building.
Develop and manage the enterprise sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, solution discussions, commercial negotiations, and proposal discussions.
Work with the Program, Product, and Leadership teams to develop customised enterprise learning solutions.
Own enterprise revenue targets, pipeline, conversion, and account growth.
Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
Represent BuildAmbit at relevant AEC industry events, conferences, and corporate forums.
What We’re Looking For
6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or business development.
