Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, and overseeing general ledger entries. The role involves managing taxation matters, including direct and indirect taxes, ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements,



and coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities. The Chartered Accountant will support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, as well as analyze project costs, profitability, and financial risks. The role also includes preparing MIS reports for management, improving internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as projects, sales, and legal to ensure accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong core accounting and financial reporting skills, including general ledger management, finalization of accounts, and preparation of balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
