Job Title: IT Talent Advisor | Chennai | Remote

We are hiring an IT Talent Advisor for a remote contract opportunity with a leading global financial services organization, with strong potential for conversion to a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will have 8.6+ years of overall recruitment experience, including strong IT and corporate recruitment experience, with expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, market intelligence, and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from requirement briefing, sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation and closure.
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Execute robust sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, social recruiting and other channels.




Conduct talent-market research and competitive intelligence to provide insights on talent availability and hiring trends.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and third-party recruitment vendors.
Support recruitment campaigns, talent-pool development and special TA initiatives.
Provide recruitment data, market insights and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, risk controls and applicable employment regulations.
