About the Role

Burrito Bandwagon is looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused Temporary Front-of-House Associate to support our team for a few days while the owner is away.

You will be the main point of contact for guests, helping them with their orders and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival through to their meal.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive.
- Explain the menu and help guests understand the available options.
- Take and coordinate customer orders.
- Handle customer payments and basic billing.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are communicated correctly.
- Follow up on orders and assist guests with any basic queries.
- Arrange, clear and reset tables.
- Help keep the dining and customer areas clean, organised and presentable.
- Assist the team with general front-of-house duties during busy periods.




- Ensure guests have a friendly and positive experience at Burrito Bandwagon.

Requirements
- Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the front-of-house area.
- Comfortable handling payments and basic order-taking.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, food truck, hospitality or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
