Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Work Mode: Completely Work From Home
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Working Hours: 7 hours per day + 1-hour break, 5.5 dys working, Sun fixed off, Alternate sat off.
Stipend: Performance-Based | Payable Upon Successful Completion of 3 Months
About The Role
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, energetic, and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about recruitment, people management, and building a career in Talent Acquisition.
The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, communication, hiring strategies, and other practical aspects of Talent Acquisition while working in a completely remote environment.
We are looking for individuals who are serious about their career, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of their work. A casual attitude toward work is not suitable for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
Screen candidates and assess their suitability for open positions.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Work toward achieving monthly and overall hiring targets.
Learn and implement new recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Contribute creative ideas to improve the overall recruitment process.
Performance & Stipend Structure
The internship follows a performance-based stipend structure, which will be paid after successful completion of the 3-month internship.
